Terms of use

Operator and scope

Splendina is operated by Bailey & Prosper Holdings Ltd, Company No 17444004, registered in England and Wales. Contact hello@splendina.com. Our registered office is shown below.

These terms cover use of this website and the Splendina service by business users. A separate signed agreement or agreed order takes precedence where it addresses the same subject. Charges, service levels and cancellation arrangements must be agreed for the relevant service; these terms do not create an unquoted payment obligation.

Accounts and authorisation

You must have authority to act for your organisation and to connect its services. Keep sign-in links and integration credentials private, manage workspace access carefully and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not share accounts or access another organisation’s records without permission.

Your content and rights

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You authorise us and the service providers needed to operate Splendina to process that material to provide the requested features. You must have permission to use uploaded content, personal information, brands and connected services.

We do not claim ownership of your original content. Generated material may be similar to other material, and copyright protection or third-party rights cannot be guaranteed. Review and clear the material before using it. Splendina’s software, design and branding remain the property of Bailey & Prosper Holdings Ltd or its licensors.

Review before publication

Generated drafts, scores and checks can contain mistakes or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing facts, rights, suitability and any professional or regulatory requirements before approving publication. Do not treat generated content as medical, legal or other professional advice. Configure publishing and integration permissions only for actions you authorise.

Acceptable use and service operation

Follow our acceptable use policy. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident or unlawful activity. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Service availability also depends on connected third parties and maintenance.

Personal information

Our privacy notice explains processing. If we will process personal information on your organisation’s behalf, agree the applicable data processing terms and retention requirements before using the service for those records.

Legal rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. English law applies, subject to any mandatory law or separate agreement that applies to you. Contact us about a concern, access request or service arrangement before relying on a particular capability or service commitment.
