Use Splendina only for lawful business activity you are authorised to carry out. This policy covers content, workspaces, integrations and communications sent through the service.
Protect people and their information
- Do not upload personal information without an appropriate lawful basis and notice. Do not submit patient records, special category personal data or third-party secrets in briefs or writing samples.
- Do not impersonate people, fabricate reviews or testimonials, misrepresent credentials, or publish deceptive or defamatory material.
- Do not infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy or other rights. Use only content and connected services you are authorised to access.
- Do not send spam, unlawful marketing, harassment or threats. Honour applicable consent, objection and unsubscribe requirements.
Protect the service
- Do not probe other workspaces, bypass access controls, steal credentials, introduce malicious code or interfere with the service.
- Do not evade limits, misuse integrations or generate activity intended to overload the platform or another service.
- Do not use generated content to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination or other illegal activity.
Review and reporting
Check generated material before approving or publishing it. Report suspected misuse or a security concern to hello@splendina.com, with enough detail to investigate and without sending unnecessary personal information or live credentials.
We may remove or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, protect people or meet a legal obligation. Where practical, we will explain what needs to be corrected.
